In answer to Pierette question about ER personnel. We do and it is wonderful!
now have a Pediatric ER, but before we did, my approach was to inservice the
staff(some docs too) and leave my card. I found most who knew little or
nothing about breastfeeding were only to glad to call me to solve the
problem.  Hope that helps!
