Volumes 8, 9, and 10 have been released.  There was quite a long pause
between 9 and 10.  I thought for a while the series had died.  I also
bought some volumes through BMG.  Their problem - besides the dishonest way
they apply "shipping" and "tax" - is they are not consistent enough to be
reliable enough to follow through on a series - although they have offered
a fair number of Hyperion's "Romantic Piano Concerto" series.  Since BMG is
now pushing the Hessler Bach series, I rather doubt they will offer any
more Koopman's.
