EMI re-released (?) for mid-price a 3xCD set with the complete piano
music by one Deodat de Severac who seems to have been active around 1900.
The works featured are: En Langeudoc, Cerdana, Le Chant de la terre,
Bagneuses au soleil, Les Naiades et la faune indiscret, Le Soldat de plomb,
Pipperment-get, Stances a Madame de Pompadour and En vacantes. Anybody
knows this music or this composer? How does this music compare to piano
works by Debussy, Ravel or Albeniz?
