Ron Chaplin asks about Leevi Madetoja.

Madejota was a contemporary of Sibelius, overshadowed for years. We have
a Finlandia disc of Symphony No. 1 and a Chandos disc of Symphony 3 and
other music, including the Ostrobothnian Suite and Okon Fuoko by Madetoja,
the latter CD by Petri Sakari and the Iceland SO, and I love his music.
It's lyrical, Nordic neo-Romantic and well worth looking into. He, as
did several others including Sibelius and Klami, wrote a Kalevala Suite.
