"Got to tell you about my daughter with her baby. Took her to the ped
yesterday. She weights 11 pounds and is 23 1/2 inches - still totally
breastfed of course. :) Well, the doc first told her that since the baby
nurses every 1 1/2 - 2 hours during the day and sleeps from 11-6 at night
that she should set her alarm for 3 a.m. and nurse her so that she isn't
nursing as much during the day. "

When I see healthy exclusivley breastfed babies older than a few weeks I =
ask mom how breastfeeding is going and if they say "good" I don't even ask =
about how often the baby nurses. Most of thses moms dont know and havent =
thoguht about it.
