Surely most of you knew this already: Erato just released a
"reconstruction" of Bach's "Passion According to St. Mark" by Ton Koopman.
I was told (second hand commentaries) that the only source for this work
was a libretto by Picander (not a musical manuscript) and that Koopman
adapted early music of Bach (chorals, arias) and composed (or adapted) the
recitatives.  Does somenone knows more about it; did someone hear it?.
