If you mean the recent one directed by Mike Leigh, it's called
'Topsy-Turvy'.  I saw a video of it in a shop in Bath last week.  The
Internet Movie Database page on the film (http://uk.imdb.com/Title?0151568)
has a link to an entry for it in Amazon's catalogue.  Unfortunately it
wasn't widely shown in cinemas in the UK.
