You're not puzzled in vain, Deryk:  I was wrong.  Both recordings are DG
with BPO.  I stole the cassettes from my father's discotheque many years
ago (when he found those versions in CD), and as often occurs to negligent
thiefs, other people knows better what does they actually steal.  I've
always been disastrous with recordings data.  I haven't heard other
Jochum's recordings of those symphonies, but I've never heard the 3rd
movement of 8th played as Jochum does.

PS:  What do you (and other list memebers, of course) think about 5th by
Karajan? (If there are several recordings, I suppose that I'm talking about
the last one).
