I received a VERY nasty letter from a group of attorneys hired by Lansinoh
some time ago as a result of my description of Purelan as the same thing as
Lansinoh but with a different name. They asked me to remove this description
from my website (which I did immediately) and stated that the two
formulations were NOT the same - a few differences if I recall correctly.
All they would have had to do was email me and ask me to do this. I would
have gladly complied. The attorney letter was a bit of a turnoff. You would
have thought that they might like to "court" my business either then or at
some later point. Instead, I doubt I'll ever consider offering their product
directly to my patients, although I do tell them about it if they're going
to be out and able to get it with more ease than they can stop by and pick
up my Purelan.

So, to answer your question, Linda, no, I don't think the two are exactly
alike! :)
