Golden flax seed -- grind up 1 tablespoon a day in a coffee grinder and
serve over fruit or mix with yogurt or applesauce, etc. It tastes good, it
has lots of good long chain poly unstaturated fatty acids in in, and it
makes the stools soft without causing gassiness or bloating or any side
effects.
You can buy golden flax seed at most health food stores. It also comes as
commercially prepared oil, but grinding it up fresh every day works best.
