Holly asks, reasonably enough, << Why are we trying to get insurance
companies to pay for breastpumps for healthy moms and babies? They don't pay
for carseats etc. do they?  >>

But I think this discussion was about a mom whose baby was in the NICU, not
so?  The problem was that the insurer claimed NO pumps were DME because MANY
pumps are used by healthy mothers and babies.
