I'm going to guess that it's from the opera "Mazeppa". That's the
Tchaikovsky "Cossack Dance" I've conducted and I may have picked it up
from hearing Comissiona do it in Baltimore years ago.

I think that it also appeared on a Colin Davis/ROH Covent Garden LP of
Tchaikovsky ballet music from the operas; whether or not that has been
reissued I couldn't say.
