 [No, according to Andrew Jackson's Neilsen works list linked from the
 Neilsen page at Classical Net, these are different works.  The Polka
 in A (FS 1, the FS stands for Dan Fog and Torben Schousboe's their
 catalog of Neilsen's works) is a very early work for violin composed
 in 1874.  I don't believe it was published in Neilsen's lifetime, but
 I can't tell for sure here at work.  Neilsen's first published work is
 the "Little Suite for Strings" Op. 1 composed in 1888.  -Dave]
