IBCLCs can take the Upledger courses.  They recommend that
non-IBCLCs check the laws in their states to determine whether
they can legally touch a woman's breasts.  I thought I heard
something recently that LCs in Florida are not legally permitted
to touch breasts.  Anyone from Florida care to comment?
