I'll restrain myself  :-) and only make a few  comments:  many residents
now go all the way through residency and never see a case of HIB caused
meningitis or the medical emergency epiglottitis and i would never care to
see a 7 week old BF baby again with whooping cough as I did the first year
I was working as a PNP.  (see I got BF in there!  :-)

I think the overall #s about risk vs benefit is in favor of vaccinations
and now I will  shut up, because this really doesn't belong on Lactnet.
