You can buy it through Dave's links to Amazon to give his site the break.

Also, for a good (classical-music) video place with best prices overall
and no sales tax, try my modified searchbox for 800 (their own searches
for classical music cds and classical music videos do not work well) for
their videos by artist or title etc.
