I was expecting mine to appear in the Times-Colonist today but it seems to
have got lost.

In brief: superb. Slightly longer: Hewitt steers a course between the
dessicated piano-as-harpsichord approach of Gould and the hyper-Romanticism
of (say) Nikolayevna. The whole thing was recorded virtually in a single
take and all the repeats are taken (haven't I been through this already?)

Very fine indeed.
