Thhis was in the local paper a couple of weeks ago, here is the press
release from the Ministry of Social Development and Economic Security
(social assistance, in other words). It provides free formula to mothers on
social assistance who are unable to breastfeed or who would present health
risks to the babies by breastfeeding. Comments?
