Your statement about experts reminds me of how well you give a talk - it
looks so easy!  Then other try to do it, and you realize how much effort it
takes to make it look effortless - just like diving, swimming, etc.

Those of us who have developed an expertise in something should be even
more aware than most that some things are best left to experts - or we had
better be willing to put in the time and effort they put into getting to
their level of expertise.
