Bleach solution is the best thing to use (as is required by law in most
states for childcare centers), and its the cheapest.  A little goes a long
way--2-5% of bleach in warm water.  Use a damp cloth to wipe down all the
"touch spots" and loose items people touch.  Just do it more often when you
need to.  Works great!

While I'm asking questions.

Now that the temperature is starting to drop where we are in Oregon and flu
season quickly approaching, I am wondering what other science centers do to
help keep the spread of germs down.  Do you have a favorite cleaner that you
use?  Do you wipe things down more often?  Do you do anything different than
you would normally do?
