I don't have direct information, but a few days ago The New York Times published an interesting article about a project that uses podcasts to "hack" the museum experience through unofficial guide tours to the MOMA

The article was

Greetings all,
Science Central is researching the possibility of doing an audio
tour of the power plant components in our building with used to be the power
plant for our city.
Has anyone had success or failure with these tours?
Also, I'd like to do digital via a mp3 player. CD players can be so
bulky. Anybody have problems with those?

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Thanks.
