I found an interesting demo for bubble making fans. Create a film across a bubble
wire loop that's about 6" or more in diameter. Take a lightweight string tied in a
loop. Make the loop about 2-3" in diameter, 7 to 10" of string. Dip the string in
bubble solution then gently place it on the bubble film of the horizontally held
wire loop. Try not to make a figure eight or twist it. The string should float on the
film. Now poke a hole in the area formed by the string. The surface tension will
immediately pull the string into a circle with a hole in the middle. The end result
is that your wire loop has bubble film everywhere except inside the string area.
