Hi Jan,
This happens to us very often with our field trip program. We ask if they
would like to donate the extra money and if they say no, we send them a
refund check in the mail within a couple of weeks. You would be surprised
how many folks just say to keep the extra money. What is your policy?

What is your organization's refund policy for group admissions/field trips
for checks that are made out for more students than in attendance?

Thanks.
Jan
