On this note - how many of your museum cafés are "green" and in what way (if any) do you share that information with your visitors? Finally, as with below, what educational opportunities do you find present themselves about green decision making?

Many thanks,
jen

For those of you that discuss with visitors (or staff) making choices with your purchases to fight climate change, eat more healthfully, etc., such as those that use Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Selector, there are a couple of others to be aware of:

Climate Counts - http://www.climatecounts.org/ <http://www.climatecounts.org/> - for general large-companies that are making (or not) corporate changes (Nike, McDonald's, ConAgra, etc.)

Environmental Working Group's guide to pesticides in produce:

And the seafood guides: http://www.mbayaq.org/cr/SeafoodWatch.asp
<http://www.mbayaq.org/cr/SeafoodWatch.asp> (has regional versions)

If you know of more, please share!
