Hey Katie,

A follow up on the suggestions:  some variation on the solution we use  
for our "Liquid Litmus" exhibit should work.  It's a couple of pH  
indicators and the solution if close to neutral.  It should be a  
pretty straightforward proposition.  You can contact me off line for
