Subject: Touch Tanks?

ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers

Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

*****************************************************************************

The Health Adventure is planning an exhibit in our temporary gallery featuring saltwater touch tanks - sea urchins, hermit crabs, whelks, and other denizens of the deep - or shallow, as the case may be. And speaking of shallow, that's a good description of our current staff's depth of knowledge on such matters. Any advice from veteran touch tank exhibitors? Suppliers? Hardy animals? Tidepool only? Staff training? We're in the early process of finding out exactly how much we do not know - care to share? Thanks! Private replies are splendid.
