Hi Mike,

Its pretty easy to change your settings. Just visit the following webpage:

http://home.ease.lsoft.com/scripts/wa.exe?SUBED1=isen-astc-l&A=1

Enter your name and email address (the one you get the mailing list on),
and select your new options, you probably only need to select "Regular" and
ignore the other options. Then click 'Join the List'. You are already ON
the list, so that button doesn't join you again, it just changes your
settings. Then it will send you a confirmation email, and you just need to
click on the link inside the confirmation email to verify the settings
change.
