Hello!  I'm pleased to announce the launch of the ASTC Volunteer Managers Community of Practice on LinkedIn!  The ASTC Volunteer Managers CoP provides an open forum for sharing ideas, effective strategies, challenges, and concerns with our peers in the field, in order to learn from and strengthen our impact with local volunteers.  Our LinkedIn group will feature month-long discussion themes on volunteer management topics ranging from recruiting and interviewing to strategies for retention.  Group members are invited to share their thoughts and reflections, as well as pose additional questions to the group.
