There's a tour company, here is SF that takes folks around the touristy parts of town on Segways. They're out on the streets with cars, bikes, pedestrians…the full catastrophe, or whole enchilada, depending upon one looks at it.  They may have data and information on insurance and accident stuff.  

From personal experience, being on a Segway is a total blast.  It was so responsive.  It was totally cool.  Now, it would be fun to collide with an exhibit at 12mph.
