Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

David, we have had a diversity fellow almost every year, and after the fellowship, they are recruited back as diversity mentors.  You might want to connect with ASTC about this if you aren't familiar with the program. Virtually none of the staff who went this year were senior staff, an virtually all of the attendees were program staff who were there as part of a grant.  So we write the experience into our grants, particularly federal grants that require national dissemination as one of their outcomes.  No one went who wasn't on at least one panel, and a few were on 3-4 panels or more.

The conference is tremendously valuable to staff that is advancing in the field, and NYSCI is very proud to have so many young, ethnically diverse, and serious informal science educators going.
