We are using Flash and its Standalone Player (or Projector) for
interactive kiosk content. The NFP price isn't terrible. The turn time
is short -- a couple of hours to a few days for the kinds of activities
we're doing. The content loads from the Startup folder in Windows. Using
a touchscreen or an arcade board (e.g., Ultimarc's I-PAC) with Happ
Controls buttons eliminates keyboard shenanigans.
