Everyone,
Please post this answer online.
I know of exhibits that deal with visible light, Infrared light or  
some weak ones dealing with ultraviolet, but nothing that really  
encompasses the spectrum of EM.
The ones I know of are spectral tubes, combining red blue and green  
lights, color vs. monochromatic lights, IR cameras and others that  
utilize UV reactive materials - none that really incorporate the full  
EM spectra except by doing it graphically.
