As I understand it, the Calif. coast has had colder weather this
summer in the northern part, and warmer in the south. I heard someone
say we are experiencing La Nina, but I don't think so, El Nino. How do
climatologist call the shot on this? Book, website? Lots of stuff out
there, but I've found nothing on this question.
