Afterschool Programs and Science Centers Partnering to Serve Youth

There are 8.5 million children in afterschool programs around the country and afterschool providers are enthusiastically embracing STEM programming. The Afterschool Alliance and ASTC have partnered to leverage their commitment to advancing out-of-school STEM learning opportunities for young people across the country. Join this one-hour webinar on August 8 at 2:00 p.m. ET to hear about the state of STEM in afterschool, initiatives the Afterschool Alliance has undertaken to build capacity, and be introduced to resources including the Statewide Afterschool Networks. Learn about upcoming opportunities that will help to connect afterschool programs with science centers and museums.
