I recently heard about the 'Common Core' state standards initiative.  From what I've gathered, it's supposed to begin in 2013....link below if you haven't read about it.  This only leads to further questions in my mind:


  *   Is anybody out there planning to adjust/update educational program curriculum summaries to match the 'common core'?
  *   Do you think this may affect school field trips?
  *   Do you have any other plans around this initiative?
