UC Berkeley is currently designing the lobby of the new Campbell Hall, which is home to the Astronomy Department. The foyer will be 20'x30' and will have a curved ceiling,  like a planetarium dome.



We would like to project images on this ceiling, perhaps from a pedestal in the middle of the foyer that projects upward to the dome. Our budget would probably be under $50K and installation is approximately two years from now; however, the architects would like to know as much as possible at this time. Please note too that light levels will undoubtedly be high in the foyer (compared to a regular planetarium)



If you have recommendations for the best possible projector, please let me know.
