I'm surprised nobody has mentioned using the classical 'black-hole gravity
funnel' concept for donations. I once produced one of these designed for
coins to avoid the problem of people taking away the balls, but the bottom
was open so you got your money back. It was for an obviously well-funded
Spanish museum!
