Aloha Lucy,
The Bishop Museum is currently going through a transition period. Having access to the information as a final report would be greatly appreciated. What is the timeline?

Thanks for the initiative!

Cheers

Hi Everyone,

I'm sending this on behalf of a friend and co-worker. Nicole Sweeney is our education business manager, and she is searching for the "Holy Grail" of reservation systems, as it was worded by a colleague of ours. If you would like to share your experiences, or someone else at your organization would, please email me off the listserv with the information below (or email Nicole directly at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>).

Also, if you or someone at your institution is interested in the results of her search, please let me know and we're happy to share the final report.

Thanks!

Lucy

Subject: Reservation System email

Hi Everyone!
We need to update our education reservation system from our current (and quite ancient) Ticketmaster VISTA system and thought this may be the best way to find out what other institutions use and, ideally, like using. Also, feel free to share if you are using something you would not recommend and why.

What system do you use for scheduling your education programs (field trips, onsite programs, outreach programs, overnights, and camps)?

If you offer online registration, what system do you use?

If you offer online registration, does it work for all types of programs including field trips, onsite programs, outreach programs, overnights, and camps?

Thank you,

Nicole Sweeney
