ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************

SciGirls, a production of Twin Cities Public Television, is seeking science centers for a continuing initiative called the SciGirls Museum Affiliates Program. We currently have 10 science centers partners, distributed across the nation, that have joined our efforts to promote gender equity in STEM. With new funding from the National Science Foundation, we are looking to expand. Selected affiliates will be given professional development training at their own institution, multimedia educational resources, strategies and ongoing support to help enhance girl-focused programming.

For more information on SciGirls and this initiative, register for a free informational webinar on September 22, 2011 at 12 PM CST / 1 PM EST / 11 AM PST.

Register at: http://www.ngcproject.org/events/events.cfm?eventid=214
