Our science centre is not a nut-free environment and we communicate with the public accordingly. 

We are not planning on changing being 'non nut-free' however, we are reviewing our policies, practices and communications to ensure we are providing the right level of service and information to make all our visitors feel welcome. 

It would be helpful in this review to understand how others approach this topic with policies and public communications.  Any information shared on policies; practices; communications; initiatives; etc would be much appreciated.
