For all Latino museum professional or persons interested, you invited to join us at el Museo del Barrio for a night of music, tour of the (S) Files exhibit, and networking opportunities with other museum professionals.

The meet-up is this Wednesday August 17, 6:30 PM at El Museo del Barrio.

Curator Elvis Fuentes will guide us through El Museo's Bienal: The (S) Files 2011 is El Museo del Barrio's sixth biennial of the most innovative, cutting-edge art created by Latino, Caribbean, and Latin American artists currently working in the greater New York area. 

There will be music by the ”WEPA! Collective with 2 DJs and live Conga Players incorporating Afro-House & Latin Soul.

The event is supported by LNPIC the American Association of Museum Latino Network Professional Interest Committee and EMP Emerging Museum Professionals.
