ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hello Carly:

As I mentioned here a while back, we moved our whole email and
personal/group calendaring infrastructure to google apps. It is now
really growing as a collaborative workspace too. I am pretty sure
there is a way to have a shared contacts system as you are describing.

BTW, the google apps thing continues to be great, robust, inexpensive,
effective, low barrier to entry, secure, state of the art spam
filtering, accessible from anywhere, etc.

One of the smartest IT moves we've ever made.

HTH
