ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Many FedEx Kinko's stores have videoconferencing facilities, so he
could just go to one of them and they provide all the technical
stuff. You need to reserve the facility in advance, and it isn't
inexpensive, but might be a good option for you. The site for more
info is http://fedex.com/us/customersupport/officeprint/faq/
videoconf.html.
