I recently used a Smart Board for the first time during a middle  
school summer school program in a classroom setting.  A few of the  
students were already familiar with Smart Boards, but most were not.   
I had the students come up to the board to use it to draw  
constellation outlines onto the stars using Stellarium software, to  
show their PowerPoint presentations that they created and to play  
educational internet games.  All the students loved being able to use  
the board, so it was a great way to get them involved.
