ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I am looking for resources for how we may conduct marketing or visitor experience exit interviews with our own staff, since we are a new, small science center. We hope to conduct open-ended intervidews with visitors about their expectations, experience, and responses to exhibit, programs and staff, but I need help in identifying the best questions to ask. If anyone is willing to share such a questionnaire with me, I would be very appreciative.

Has anyone ever collected this information through a survey on their website and, if so, how successful was it vs. actual visitor interview? Thank you.
