ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Anyone can apply.  I applied for the last one and got accepted into the
online program only.  They take applicants from the California area first
because of the expense of flying someone from this side of the country
out.  The online program begins next week for me but it does seem like it
is going to be useful.
