We are thinking of building some kind of media bank or resource which filmmakers and others could dip into for clips, footage, interviews and other modules in making their own documentary films on environmental issues. They'd also be encouraged to contribute items, so that it would be more like a media exchange. 

Does anyone know of any existing examples or models of this?
