ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

We just installed a stick-on speaker driver onto a graphic panel made out of
MDF. It makes the whole panel vibrate and act as the speaker cone. It works
great! I am not sure how directional it would be in a floor application. It
might be great and it might be horrible but like Jeff said it shouldn't be
that hard to test. I have found that the key to localized sound is really
more about proximity and volume control than directionality.
