Dear Rehab,

Pacific Science Center did open a new 3D IMAX theater in 1998. We
planned to close our old one, but ultimately decided to operate with two
theaters. If you want more information about our theaters, you should
contact Diane Carlson, our VP for Visitor Services and Public Programs
([log in to unmask], 206-443-2874).

Also, I do know that the Children's Museum of Indianapolis did close
their large format theater and converted the space into a large dinosaur
exhibit. I not sure who is the best contact at the Children's Museum.

You might try and call Pacific Science Center in Seattle. I know they
opened a new IMAX theater several years ago but I can't remember what
they
did with their old one.
