Hi Mary!

If you want to collaborate with other organizations, using a wiki might be
helpful.  You can post documents for group modification, and all
versions/changes are tracked and stored, share calendars, timelines, host
social functions (forums, for example), and a number of other things.

Rumor has it that Google might be launching a wiki service this week at the
Office 2.0 conference, which would link well to their free online calendar,
spreadsheet, and document services.  Otherwise, there are a number of other
wiki services out there.
